What payment options are available?

As a ShareIt partner, GlobFX offers a large variety of payment options:

  • Credit Card

Is it safe to purchase online?

The ShareIt order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The share-it! servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption.

In Netscape, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in the lower left corner of the browser window. In Internet Explorer, the padlock icon is located at lower right in the status bar of the browser window.

You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".

What will happen after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

If you chose to pay by credit / debit card during the order process, your order will be processed immediately after the payment has been recieved. If your product is to be delivered to you electronically, it will be done immediately. If your product is a physical product, shipment by mail or parcel service will be initiated immediately.

If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact ShareIt customer service.

When will I receive my product to be delivered by e-mail?

For online ordering your license key (order code) that unlocks the software is sent to you by email IMMEDIATELY after credit card is authorized. For invoice orders this process may take up to 2 days. All GlobFX products are delivered only in electronic form (electronic software delivery - ESD). What is GlobFX privacy policy?

GlobFX Technologies does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Read GlobFX Privacy Policy and ShareIt privacy policy.

How to activate my product (does not apply to ShowRoom)
  • Place your order from our online store.
  • Wait for your order code (OC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) which will be sent to you by email (few minutes for online ordering).
  • Follow the intructions in the email to activate your product. Note: we strongly recommand you to print out these instructions and keep them in a secured place.
I lost my codes, I cannot activate my product anymore

Email the following elements to support (at) globfx.com:

  • Your order reference number - if you have it.
  • The exact name of the product you purchased.
  • Your name, company name and email address you used to fill-in the order form when you purchased the product.
